I received an email over the holidays from Nicola Gray who ran the Imagination Gaming event that 8 of our year 5's competed in at Hoyland Springwood during maths week. I wanted to share it with you. Well done High View!
Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that attended the ECM Trust Inter-School Games Tournament over at Hoyland Springwood on the 15th February, what a great day!
It was a pleasure to meet you, you did an incredible job and thank you!
Lucas, Brandon, Finlay, Hassan, Rhianna, Hannah, Shannon and Sophie are a fantastic bunch of children who are a real credit to the school and I am so impressed as to how well they all played.
Everyone seemed to really enjoy the day and the comments made during and after the event were really positive. Lots of fun was had by all and the children really pushed and challenged themselves throughout. The interaction between children and staff involved was enthusiastic and positive.
The results are as follows: -
